1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 7000dat Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which the Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7000dat operates exclusively as an adults-only platform. Any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering an account, accessing any game, placing any wager, or making any deposit or withdrawal.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not expressly prohibited by law as it applies to you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7000dat, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period that is currently active on your account.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 7000dat, including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming promotional offers, a Player must complete the registration process and maintain a valid Account. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. 7000dat is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to provide accurate registration details.
• Account Security: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed the action.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7000dat support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation, but we accept no liability for losses incurred prior to the receipt of your notification.
• Account Closure: 7000dat reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7000dat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players may fund their Accounts and request withdrawals using the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and any limits specified on the cashier page.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. 7000dat reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving institution.
• Player Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you personally own and that have been obtained through lawful means. 7000dat will not process deposits or withdrawals that involve funds derived from illegal activity.
• Transaction Fees: 7000dat does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7000dat accepts no responsibility.
• Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails to credit your Account within a reasonable period, you must contact support with proof of the transaction (e.g., a bKash transaction ID or bank reference number). Do not attempt to repeat the transaction until the original has been investigated.

7000dat does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person and will not issue withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the name of the Account holder. Attempts to transfer funds between Accounts or to use a third party's payment method will result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7000dat offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the promotion terms. Games may contribute at different rates toward the completion of a wagering requirement (e.g., live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots).
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state that it may be combined with other offers. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in breach of this rule may result in cancellation of all active bonuses without compensation.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Misuse of Bonuses: 7000dat monitors all bonus activity. If we determine that a Player is abusing the bonus system — including through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or systematic play designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• BPL and Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions tied to cricket events (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) or Bangladeshi calendar events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day) are subject to their own promotion-specific terms and may have shorter validity windows than standard bonuses.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on 7000dat, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful recreational purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party in connection with any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 7000dat support immediately upon discovery. Exploiting a known bug rather than reporting it will result in Account closure and forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including charge-backs, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other financial misconduct in connection with your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7000dat staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent the self-exclusion system by registering a new Account while an exclusion is active on an existing Account.

7000dat employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their Accounts closed without prior notice and will not be entitled to any refund of remaining balances, pending withdrawals, or active Bonus Funds. 7000dat reserves the right to retain withheld funds pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 7000dat Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, software, graphics, game interfaces supplied under licence from third-party studios, and any other material — is the property of 7000dat or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7000dat.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use the 7000dat brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content made available on the Platform is provided under licence from certified game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain vested in the respective studios. 7000dat does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Any breach of the intellectual property provisions in this section will entitle 7000dat to terminate the relevant Player Account and to seek appropriate legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

7000dat provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we make no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, and events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect Platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7000dat shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption to live cricket or sports betting markets caused by real-world events, third-party data feed failures, or force majeure circumstances.
• Technical failures of third-party payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution — that result in delayed or failed transactions.
• Any decision made by a Player in relation to a wager, game outcome, or account management action that results in financial loss.
• Losses attributable to a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 7000dat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
